Kindly upload valid ID proof for verification towards the respective registration categories such as Physicians / Non Physicians / Students.
REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS

- Admission to the exhibition hall.
- Admission to the Main Scientific Program Tracks.
- Coffee Breaks and Lunch.
PAYMENTS METHODS
- Full payment in AED is required at the time of registration, without any deduction for any currency conversion, VAT, bank charges or any other transaction charges. Your registration will only be complete when the specified fee is credited or received in full.
- Accepted Credit Cards: MasterCard and Visa. The fees will include our credit card charges for accepting the credit card payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations on or before 30th June 2024 will be processed after a deduction of 15% which is to cover our administration costs and cancellation charges of external suppliers.
• 50% cancellation fee for the request received between 1st July 2024 to 14th October 2024.
• Cancellations after 15th October 2024 will forfeit the entire fee.
• Cancellations and requests for cancellations must be notified in writing to the MEIDAM 2024.

REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for cancellations received till 14 October 2024, will be settled directly through mode of payment used during registration with average time of 60 days post the event dates (16 January 2025).
